We visited Alicante with the family. The property was perfect for us. Very spacious, clean and the house is wonderful. The hosts were very kind and provided us with a local guide on what to visit. I would recommend this property any time.

The house and hosts are exceptional. The house is absolutely fantastic, Everything you could possibly want is provided. The hosts so accommodating. Everything has been well thought through, The pool just across from front gate is exceptional and beautiful. We would use again in the future. If you are looking for a Holiday home in Alicante 15 Mins from airport look no further you will not be disappointed.

The best

Casa la Gaviota is a superb property set in beautiful surroundings and a great position within the Gran Alacant Estate. A credit to Jenna and the family and to Margot for her assistance upon arrival and departure.

To be improved

The actual pool opening dates on Montefaro need displaying within the content and description of the property as this was the main reason upon our booking. To find the pool wasn't open during our stay was to say the least a little disappointing. The "quiet" hours/times again need to feature more as a highlight of the property as we were on holiday whereas neighbours living in and around Casa Gaviota are residential and thoughts and ideas upon noise levels can differ somewhat at times.
