To be improved

Kettle was faulty and Toaster didn’t work on one side. Very mirror and can be fixed in time.

Great space for us as a family of 4. Really clean and lovely welcome bits in the fridge upon arrival.

To be improved

Would suggest a bolt indoor at top of door as we had concerns that our young children could exit the villa really easy due to the door locking mechanism

Great to have a private villa with pool so you can swim & relax all day and not worry about organising everyone to meet up at certain times for swims etc

To be improved

Very confusing when arrived at 8.30pm ( getting dark) to find villa google maps got us to the top of the block of villas but the 2 main signs read Lanzarote Green Villas 6-15 Cyca No 5 but we didn’t realise each villa was named individually so ours was at the every bottom of the lane and had given up trying to find it until a very kind local helped us

“Lovely villa but with some minor issues”
The best

good private outdoor area in full sun. Pool freezing but was feb/march so to be expected. good sized bedrooms. welcome pack useful for late arrival. easy to use safe. nice quiet location and no problem phoning for taxis.

To be improved

kitchen equipment ( pans etc) in need of changing. Ditto kitchen table. bedding not changed after 7 days. comfortable large bed in main bedroom but bedding provided too small for size of bed. no option to heat pool. basic cleaning materials should be provided.
