The best

Lovely quiet location which made a change from the city noise. Great views out to the inlet and the island of San Martiño.

To be improved

There are no screens on the windows so bugs and other flying things can get into the room. Not a problem so much in the winter but in summer…? The bath is one of those stupid hydro-massage things (I thought they went out of fashion years ago). The place smelled damp and musty.

Beautiful location. Own transport necessary. Lovely house with stunning views. Good breakfast but rather disorganised presentation; coffee, when it finally arrived, very disappointing.

Stayed 4 nights in total. 2 in hotel, 2 in apartment. Very basic room.vit was supposed to be a deluxe room. Bed very small double. Walls paper thin. Could hear next door guest snoring. Poor quality/outdated bedding although bed itself had a comfortable mattress. Apartment disappointing, cramped, smelly and not very clean. Would only recommend if you like very basic accommodation.

“Unique, quiet and beautiful. An experience worth the trek up for those who prefer isolated locations and raw nature.”

As is a tiny village, no other option to eat unless drive to nearby town about 15 min away. Can request ahead for a light supper also. Host gave us a very detailed map of the area (much better than GPS maps) and recommendations of restaurants. We ate at A Sobreposta which had fantastic fresh seafood and view of the port.

The standard rooms without view face the street with a streetlight on all night. if you
