The best

I could park my motorbike in the garage beside the house. I had the whole house for myself. There was a great washing machine, pots and pans there, but I didn't cook. Supermarkets, restaurants, beach all within 5 min walk.The beach there is better than near the centre. A bus stop outside the house to the castle, every 30 min.
