“Gosh house stay a short walk from the beach”
The best

Cosy house over two levels with roof terrace and patio with table and chairs Excellent WiFi Well stocked kitchen Vanessa who was our contact during our stay was exceptionally welcoming. She answered any questions we had very quickly and was just a lovely person. Sandy beach nearby.

To be improved

The house was a little far from supermarkets without a car, but a quick google found Gran Alacant taxis who we whatsapped and they got us from Aldi during a rainstorm. Bus linea 3 goes to Alicante and Santa pila regularly, and the tourist train was also great. We managed fine as three moderately fit adults with the walking.

The best

Both bedrooms and the living room are a/c, which is great. There's a common swimming pool right in front of the house, but there are no shops anywhere within a walking distance. A few restaurants just outside the "urbanizacion". It is very quiet, having all windows on the inside, overlooking the inner garden and swimming pool. Kitchen well equipped, laundry and dish washing machines, good wifi. Vanessa was really helpful and answering all questions.

To be improved

It's not within a reasonable walking distance from the beach and the sea is barely visible from the top terrace, if that matters. It's a 5 min drive to the beach and nearest shops, town, etc. The 2nd bathroom is actually just a toilet, so there's only one proper bathroom, but certainly 2 toilets help.

The best

Casa Laurent was a very nice place to stay in Gran Alacant. You can find almost all you need in the apartment with all necessary facilities. Host Venessa was very friendly and you get very fast response for all your inquiries.

The best

Great villa in a great location. Met on arrival by the lovely Vanessa who completed our paperwork and showed us around. She checked on with us via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok during our stay.
