The best

Super breakfast with wide range of food and super eggs freshly cooked however wanted. Amazing pool area and views. 3 nights half board saw 3 very different types of meal. One "Spanish" (but did wonder why this was special as it is the Canaries!), one BBQ based, one with several choices. The quiet and peaceful feel of it. Everything so great.

To be improved

Only thing was our room being hot at the end of March, causing trouble sleeping. But. On departure I expressed that the air-conditioning didn't seem to work well. I was told I should have told reception straight away. They were still in winter mode, so only heating was on, not Aircon. They could have changed it for us. So it was our fault, not theirs really.

The best

If you want peace and quiet, this is the hotel for you. It has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds in beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptional making sure you had everything you needed without being intrusive. A special shout out for Nadia and Damien in the restaurant and Begonia on reception.
