Central location.

To be improved

I arrived at 18:30 but reception already closed while it says closure at 20:00. I was not informed that it will close earlier. So i contacted the phone number and they gave me the code to get my key. But there was only the locker key and the front door key was missing. So had to wait outside 15 min for someone to come and help. Door code for the room doesnt work so the door doesnt lock and any guest can go inside. Showers and toilets tiny and no privacy as there are only curtains for the showers and toilet doors cannot be locked so we can all see each other
