The best

Quiet location on the top floor, comfortable bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. A bottle of red wine from the host was a welcome gift, mille grazie. Easy public parking right outside the entrance, and an excellent restaurant 200 m away.

Space. Cleanliness. Kitchen equipment.

To be improved

No information about how things operate. There was a picture on the door about setting the alarm and different sensors around with notes saying on or off but didn't have a clue what to do. There was a community pool but no information about how to access it. No WiFi.

on the second day of stay, the owner of the apartment wrote that there is a problem with water leakage in one bathroom and that it should not be used. the plumber did not arrive during our entire stay. 5 adults and one bathroom. the owner only said he was sorry and did not propose any other solution explaining that he is in Italy. the door from the terrace was broken and opening them was a pain and very noisy.
