“Photos far from reality”
The best

What was good: the person in charge of the rental was friendly and responded quickly when something wasn't working or we needed something extra. And of course, the location: just across the street and you're on the beach!

To be improved

What wasn't so good: The photos are probably several years old and gloss over a lot of things. The house and garden are quite run-down and unkempt. As much as we enjoyed the area, we were just as happy to have our well-kept home. We definitely wouldn't book it again.

“All good , perfect stay to relax enjoy the beach and Denia city.”
The best

Close to the beach Beds were made up , extra pillows available Smart tv , you can log in on your own Netflix account. Parking space in front of the house. Nice small bbq (green egg?) Host always available if you need something or when you have a question.

To be improved

More towels (bathroom and kitchen) for a longer stay. But we received them soon after we asked for it💪 We were with 2 persons but to small for six people in the winter months. No microwave or dishwasser.

“A great base for a holiday.”

Quiet, semi-rural location. Great outdoor space. Parking at the back door. TV with Netflix. Some great eating places within walking distance. Had a fantastic meal at one. Great base for visiting the area. The new shower area was a great upgrade. We’d definitely stay again.

Quiet, semi-rural location. Good outdoor space. Parking at back door. TV with Netflix. Couple of eating places within walking distance. Good base for visiting Denia & Gandia.

To be improved

The shower was tiny with clingy curtain around it. No kettle, dish towel, kitchen towel, microwave, bedside lights.

the owners are super friendly and attentive. check in and check out is really easy. kitchen is new and nice. parking is easy.

it is quite expensive for the quality of the house.
