Casa LINC - Renovated Apt Close to Center and Beach

Location is good, in front of the shopping center and 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is not big but nicely renovated. Providing beach/pool towels was super. Decorations are lovely. Beds where ok but missing some better and extra pillows. Pool is nice, clean and quiet

Great location...close to bars/restaurants. 10 min walk to the beach. Quiet apartments. Lovely and clean. Great communication with Julie...always answered queries promptly. We were family of 4... Would highly recommend 👌

Close to the commercial centre & Mogan Mall. Within easy walking distance of everywhere & easy to get about - everything is on the doorstep. If you come back late at night a taxi was only €3.85 from the rank by Tiffany’s. It was absolutely spotlessly clean, 3 bedrooms, bathroom etc - brilliant. Loads of seating areas to eat in & out on both the two balconies (dining table inside too!)…..also had the added bonus of some sun loungers which were ideal for a lazy day!! Didn’t use the dishwasher but the washing machine was very handy for a quick wash before travelling home. WiFi was great too!! Tracey & Julie were amazing on check-in & out, both lovely & friendly & nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommended & we will definitely be looking to see if it is available again when we return (hopefully very soon!) Great communication from Peter too from Gran Canaria Holidays!!

The hostess Julie was there to open the doors when we arrived. Julie was really helpful and at the same time told us everything we needed and asked to be in touch if we needed anything. The location of the apartment was absolutely fantastic. You step down to stairs and you are in the mall. A small shop near by, where you can get everything you need. A short walk to the beach, and a swimming pool in use, which the children liked a lot. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. A lovely balcony where the morning sun shines. A great choice for a larger group (we were 2 adults and 4 children). Communication was good from the beginning. In addition, there was an application where you could find all the information you needed about the apartment and the services in the area. Peter also recommended us a taxi driver called Will, he was great. He was there on time, helpful and nice, and cheaper than a local taxi. Recommendations and thanks also to Will! Special thanks to Julie! She is absolutely lovely lady. <3 One of our children had hidden another child's phone under the bed's mattress and we only noticed this on the plane. I sent Julie a message asking if it would be possible for her to mail the phone to us in Finland. Julie said "of course" and saved our day. Now we are waiting for the phone to arrive :) If we ever go to Puerto Rico with a bigger group, we will choose this accommodation again!
