“A charming apartment ruined by a totally inadequate hot water supply.”
The best

The apartment was comfortable and generally clean - however, the coffee filter machine had not been emptied resulting in mould growth. The location was quiet, although a bit more distant from shops/restaurants than we expected

To be improved

The apartment has a great shower facility in the bathroom - unfortunately, the (seemingly new) hot water supply is totally inadequate, with just 3 minutes of hot water before requiring a 30 minute reheat cycle.
