Casa Lusentum

The kitchen is very tired. The bathroom unit broken. The radiator was hanging from its fixing when we arrived which my husband reattached to the wall. The lawn needed mowing and the hedges cutting back (unable to use outside pool shower). Only 3 sunloungers of which only 2 has cushions which were torn. There was a broken pool cleaning net left lying under the tree. There were multiple old ladders, tiles and decorating stuff out by the carport. Leaking shower screen. A smell in the third bedroom (but we didn’t need to use that room anyway). We have stayed at this property 4 years ago and at that time, maintenance was required but we got it for a very reasonable price. Nothing has been done since!!!

• They were a family of 6 of us with only 3 sun beds • The garden was over grown and the grass not cut • There was no shade around the pool or any umbrellas put up. (ended up buying my own and leaving there.) • The tape in the kitchen ran very slow and took 3 mins to fill up the sink to wash up

The property needs some financial investment. Garden furniture needs to be replaced as very worn. Parking area which was our first view upon arrival needs clearing as there was a lot of old paint tins etc. I note that this was pointed out in a previous review by a client. Kitchen seems old. Slippery covers on worn out leather sofas, not comfortable. Overall a little more care and attention to detail is required.

We hired bikes but found we had to go on the main road, only downside, and not an issue about the property.
