“Convenient house, but the location is not easily accessible.”
The best

The jacuzzi on the roof is pleasant for cooler evenings.

To be improved

The worst thing is the immediate location. Prepare to drive through narrow and steep roads for a good while every day to access/leave the property to get anywhere.
