“The parking space made all the difference for us because we were there for a paddle surf competition that weekend so keeping the board safe was our priority. Communication with the staff was excellent and the property didn't disappoint. Big spaces, well equipped kitchen (surprisingly) and clean. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near the house, great atmosphere in the evening. For your shopping, you have local shops and a shopping centre just 4 mins away by car.”

The best

We know Ayamonte quite well. I loved the location, one street back from the riverfront, flat, easy walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and the Abastos (foodie market).

To be improved

The property was comfortable, initially it took a wee while to heat up (we were there for 12 nights over Christmas and New Year). A couple of wee extras in the kitchen wouldn’t go amiss, a couple of wooden spoons, a vegetable peeler, etc, nothing major or expensive.

Not easy to find property Best directions "Turn right at Bus station" Follow road through.

To be improved

Building work being done on two properties. Noise during day (Hammering) and also road blocked a couple of times withy a skip so couldn't get car from garage.

The location was the best bit with it being so close to the centre. And the garage would be good if the road wasn’t closed and we used a car.

To be improved

The air con leaked, the floors were dirty, wasn’t really child friendly. The door to the main bathroom didn’t close. The balcony was dangerous and the silver bar was not secure. The bedroom blind didn’t close the mechanism is broken and we struggled to get it up and down. The chair in the living room was also broken and someone could hurt themselves sitting in it and it collapsing
