Excellent communication with Charlotte prior to arrival and during stay. Clear directions to find property along with photographs. Excellent and comprehensive info pack provided in the property. Great to have plenty of basic provisions in the cupboards as well as cleaning materials etc if needed. Fully equipped property with plenty of towels, outdoor furniture (patio table and chairs in two locations, sunloungers on one balcony and sunlounger chairs for an alternative location eg pool area). A very stylishly furnished duplex apartment with access to a shared pool area too. Quiet residential area generally and walkable to town for bars/restaurants/shops etc. Burriana beach area also close by down a steep hill. Lots of excellent restaurants to try - eg Taberna Pepe (need to book), nearby Hotel Flamenca both The Patio for dining and their happy hour 4.30-5.30pm, also Pahuna Nepalese restaurant (need to book), Mena Gastro Bar for lunches/coffee in town. We had a lovely stay here and would recommend this well cared for property. Attention to detail has clearly been of importance to the owner, thank you.

The welcome basket of foods/drinks I have never seen as much in any of the many apartments I have ever rented. The place was clean, quiet, great aircon for that time of year and was situated in a very nice residential complex with a nice pool with a short walk down to the best beach in Nerja and also a short walk to the town and restaurants. My kids loved being there.
