“Pleasant vacation but some issues to fixed in the apartment”
The best

The apartment has a great location – very close to the airport, near a beautiful beach, and right on the promenade, which allows you to walk several kilometers in both directions along the oceanfront. The apartment is situated in a quiet and clean complex. The swimming pool is very nice, and there was never a problem with a lack of sun loungers.

To be improved

For the price you pay, you expect everything inside the apartment to be in perfect condition. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. In the bathroom, there are moldy shower curtains and a broken toilet flush. On the terrace, the clothes drying rack is damaged, and the cushions on the loungers are torn. The windows and doors are difficult to close. The bed in the upstairs bedroom is not wide enough for two adults. The sofa and its cushions are dirty and should be cleaned. The apartment should include a coffee maker, at least a capsule one. Communication with the owner is efficient, but only via WhatsApp.

The best

Great location. Close to the Paseo Marítimo and the lovely restaurants at the sea front. Good swimming in Playa de la Concha.Great for cycling, to Arrecife or to Puerto del Carmen. The complex is lovely with nice gardens and a pool area. The apartment is well stocked with everything you would need. Centro Comercial with a good supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

“Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and really like home from home very well equiped”

Absolutely loved the villa the upper balcony the bonus of dishwasher and washing machine and the barbecue very comfortable spotlessly clean

To be improved

After host had tried to help us we could not get english tv to work and was hard to dispose of rubbish due to location
