The location is fantastic, quiet at night but walking distance to everything you need and all the bars and restaurants. Two supermarkets within a 3 minute walk. The apartment is homely with everything you could need for a short or long stay, (extra towels, bedding, drying racks, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, oven, microwave, kettle etc...) the owners really look after it. There is so much room, there was only 2 of us but there was an extra bedroom with twin beds so would be suitable for a family or group also. Communication with getting the keys and check in/out was great, they were really flexible and kind. The owners left a welcome bottle of wine also which was a lovely touch. I was worried after reading some reviews but we had no issues with the shower at all, the water pressure is a bit funny at times but friends who were staying in a hotel had the same issues. We did not see one cockroach, just a couple of sneaky mosquitos during our stay. (If you look after the place, it's just fine) This apartment is great value for money and was perfect for our holiday.
