“Fabulous flat in great location”
The best

Great location, near lots of eateries, metro, shopping and walkable to sites. Lots of metro stations nearby also. The flat itself was secure, extremely comfy beds, great showers and living space. It was on average 33 degrees C during our 5 day stay so the air con throughout the property was great and lots of water for showers. Wifi great also. Nice touch to have some bottled water and a few beers in the fridge on arrival. Communication with vendor was excellent also. Muchas gracias Highly recommend this apartment.

To be improved

The only issue, and it wasn’t a big one for us, was that the TV wasn’t working.

The best

Very spacy and nice apartament. Completely furnished, with quite during the night. Many great restaurant only a few steps away. The Metro is also around the corner. Two bathrooms are just great.

“Great stay in great neighbourhood”
The best

We stayed in 4a at the top of the building, the building has a lift which is great. The place was spacious despite low ceiling near the lounge area. Amazing location, Malasaña has an interesting history and is filled with amazing food, cool stores, vintage, art etc … highly recommend. Also guide book provided which is so helpful!

To be improved

Only would recommend to add a clothes rack for drying for things which can’t go in the dryer and a cloth to wipe kitchen bench with that is not the dishwashing sponge. Very small things! We loved our stay.

“Perfect location and great apartment for a family of 4”
The best

Perfect location - literally a few steps away from small supermarket and lovely shops and cafes, including an empanada shop and a great cafe a few metres away. 3 stops away on the metro from Parc de Attraciones, which was perfect for us, Really close to main shopping area as well as a lot of the things we wanted to see, and just a ton of restaurant and cafe options. I think you could live in Madrid for years and still not try all the great restaurants.
