No problems

My only issue was the check in/check out process. Check in was advertised from 2pm. Unfortunately we weren’t given access until 5.15 pm. Didn’t realise ‘from 2pm’ meant anytime after 2pm depending on the owner/letting agent’s availability! We stayed for 8 nights and the day prior to departure I received a message asking when we were departing - check out was advertised between 8 - 11am. I advised the owner/letting agent that we were being picked up at 11.45 am. I was then told check out was before 11 and I replied that we would vacate the property at 11am. I then received a message (inappropriate in my opinion) reminding me to leave the property as we found it with all garbage removed to the external bins and no dishes or glasses to be left in the sink. I advised the owner we were fully aware of our obligations.We left the property as we found it and vacated the property at 11am and waited outside until our taxi arrived. It was disappointing to note that the owner/letting agent nor a cleaner arrived prior to our departure, so I really don’t understand what the issue was and surely it wasn’t a problem allowing people who had paid for 8 night’s accommodation to stay in the apartment for an extra 45 minutes prior to heading to the airport.
