“One of the filthiest places I have ever seen.”
The best

Excellent location, with multiple public transport nearby. Spacious and big windows which allows natural light comes in.

To be improved

Poor hygiene: - both toilets with fecal remains. - main room’s toilet with a worm swimming through the fecal remains. - bathroom cupboards extremely filthy (dusty, stinky and with many long hairs). - dirty kitchen cupboards. - washing machine stinky and with plenty filthiness. - main bathroom seriously stinky. - hand towels in both toilets were wet and stinky. - poor bed linen in one of the beds: plenty of long hairs underneath the quilt and pillow.

To be improved

The apartment did not live up to the description and our expectations. The apartment was generally poorly cleaned. Very dirty windows inside and out. Dirty in cupboards and drawers in the rooms. Stains on bedding and hand/bath towels. Dirty oven (burnt on the bottom) Used dirty crockery in kitchen cupboards with food residue on it. Old food and open bottles in fridge. Used coffee filter in coffee machine. Smelly apartment mainly the bathroom. Smelly and dirty couch. Missing dining table and seating in the living room. Noise from morning to evening due to renovation of the apartment below us The elevator was also often out of order because it was used for construction waste. In addition, there were small beetles in the kitchen. Due to the above, we want compensation.
