the AC, washing machine, 20mins on foot to the centre of the city, no keys- only digital, many bars in the area, distance from the airport (15 mins by car), balcony

To be improved

Cockroaches, no vacuum- only broom and that wasn’t ideal because when you get back home all sandy from the beach, there is no way you’ll be able to broom all the sand, next thing is that I don’t understand the double photos of the exact same rooms before and after renovating- it confuses a lot, no basics like oil or pepper, very cramped corridor between the elevator and the apartments, bathroom can be flooded very easily, parking

“Great stay to visit Valencia”
The best

The apartment is perfectly located to reach the main points of interest in the city center. It is a spacious, clean apartment with a large terrace perfect to enjoy sunny days. Beds were comfortable, even the ones in the living room. The only flaw we found was in the kitchen: when using the pots we noticed that some were not very clean and seemed to have a hint of mold. Probably the previous guests did not dry them properly, but cleanliness should always be checked when guests leave. This was the only flaw in an otherwise very clean apartment, but it can be easily resolved

The best

Nice flat with nice terrace. Location close to Subway, busses and eatng possibilities. Nice walk into town

To be improved

We were obliged to check in online (even with picture of ourselves with our ID /passport) before being allowed to enter the appartment. This felt for us as very strange, very unpersonal and not very welcoming. We didn't experience this problem in our previous stay a few days back where we were welcomed by the host herself and we could easily do the check in with her.
