The biggest issue with this property is the ants. There is a serious problem with them all over the first floor. They got into my bags and were all over the sofa and dining table. The hosts need to address this asap. Second, there are a couple of loose tiles which could be a safety issue for some people. One of them is in the high traffic area between the kitchen and living room. Location is an issue. The streets in this town are extremely narrow making arriving at the property a real challenge. If you have a larger car, don't bother. There is parking, but it is a bit of a walk away. Not an issue for the day-to-day, but if you have bags or, in my case, camera equipment, it can be a challenge. No fans. Host needs to provide fans as the upstairs can get quite warm. There are some other, minor, issues that could be addressed by the host: keyless entry is glitchy; downstairs shower sends water everywhere; and he/she should consider getting a kettle for guests from tea drinking parts of the world.
