“Huge house and garden in fantastic location”
The most amazing thing with this property is the garden - various areas to sit: gazebo, under trees, sun loungers, dining table, patio . . . The garden is huge! And the view from the back of the house up the hillside is lovely and quiet too. This property undersells itself. There are actually 4 separate bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin beds. The photos don't convey the complicated layout where there is almost a separate section to the front of the house (road), up some stairs and through a lockable door, with 2 ensuite twin bedrooms with very nice modern shower-bathrooms. The double (away from road downstairs) was very quiet. The kitchen dining area in particular is a good size with a 6 place table. There are loads of toys for kids in the utility room. There's a whole additional kitchen in the garden building! Finally the location is great for access to Haria center and out to the beaches at Arrieta and Orzola, as well as attractions such as Jameos Agua and the Jardin de Cactus. Haria is a pretty village and great for foodies.
The only heating in this vast house is 2 color gas units which, while they work ok, smell a bit after being on for some hours and also create condensation on windows etc. The house could really do with electric fan-heaters or installed heating for the winter months. We initially had problems getting the gas heaters to light but eventually figured it out using Youtube. Not a problem for us, but the kitchen appliances seem a bit undersized for a full house - a table top microwave-sized dishwasher for example.

The house is perfect : very well equiped, comfortable and easy to access !
“A beautiful house in a great place. The garden is a pearl.”
It’s clean, and big and super well equipped
“Ausgezeichnet, schon an Freunde empfohlen, Typisch lanzarotisch...”
This was a complete house fully equipped (including washing maschine, important for longer stays), large terrace and garden gazebo( see fig) and a sitting below a shady mulberry tree. There is enough pariking for three cars. The garden has banana, mulberry and peach trees (and a small papaya) plus a flowering bougainvillea (see fig.). Actually there are four sleeping rooms, for a maximum of a group or family of eight and three bathrooms. We had the house alone at a very reasonable price. The little town of Haria (see fig. of one of the squares) is in walking distance with two shops and three restaurants plus one of the two museums for Cesar Manrique, so that one is comfortable, even without car. Driving on the island is quite an adventure, people tail at narrow distances. There is a lot of art in the house, prints of C. Manrique and of other artists, some may be originals. TV can be set to various satellites so that one is not only relaying on Spanish TV. Keys were in keybox (explanation to where and how could have been better, in as much as one is tired and not that smart when ariveing). Overall a very nice and spacious accomodation in style of the Lancarote architekture. If we should come back, we certainly will conciderate it again!
The only (little) drawback of the house is the road in front of the house, where people drive far too fast (which is not the fault of the house but of drivers) making it sometimes difficult to leave the partking (but there is a mirror that helps)
“Fantastic villa on the edge of Haria”
The space - a large 4 bed, 3 bath villa - far bigger than the 2 of us needed, light & airy with a fantastic garden with terrace, dining table, outside kitchen & dining space, gazebo with rattan chairs & sofa, + sun beds. Well equipped kitchen - oven, hob & microwave. Walking distance to Harijans town centre with bars & restaurants .off street parking for more than one car. Excellent value for money
Nothing really other than road noise, particularly in front bedrooms
