“A charming and well-located apartment with breathtaking views, ideal for a relaxing stay.”

The best

Fantastic little apartment with a stunning view. The area is also excellent – while it’s a bit hilly, everything is within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, and beaches are all reachable within 5–10 minutes. We especially loved the apartment’s west-facing orientation: the balcony stays shaded and cool for most of the day, which makes it a perfect spot to relax even during the hottest hours. And in the evening, you get to enjoy a beautiful sunset right from the same place. The kitchen was well equipped – the only thing missing was an oven, but since we didn’t do much cooking, it wasn’t a problem for us. Just a heads-up for those planning to bake frozen pizzas or similar. There’s a well-stocked mini market directly below the apartment, open quite late, which is very convenient. Our host works at a nearby restaurant just 20 meters away, where we also had some great meals. And in the other direction, about 20 meters away as well, there’s a fantastic pizzeria. We also made great use of the small beach just below the house – it was never crowded, very easy to access, and we really enjoyed swimming there. The host was very kind and responsive, always quick to reply to our questions via WhatsApp. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy when we arrived. We were fully satisfied with our stay – we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much! :)

To be improved

This is not the accommodation’s fault, but parking can be a bit tricky. While parking is free in the area, the number of spots is quite limited. We were lucky most of the time – and we were still in the early season – but during peak season, this could definitely become a headache.

“Great location and host, but there are a few issues”

The best

+ Great view and location. + There were different types of tea and coffee. + Overall good quality of the equipment in the apartment. The host is a very helpful and nice woman, it was pleasant to communicate with her :) + Good for its price

To be improved

- Bad smell of the fresh painting in the apartment. - There were tons of small ants across the whole apartment. They are harmless, but they were everywhere, even in the food we left in the kitchen. The owner brought us a trap for ants the next day, which is really nice of her, but unfortunately it didn't work well :( Possibly it's common for Tenerife, but we didn't have such an issue in another apartment on the north of the island. - The view from the bedroom is to the neighbors windows and very little light comes in, so it's really dark in the morning, hard to wake up. Therefore we just slept on the couch most of the time. - There is no tool to open bottles of wine :( - Water was constantly leaking in the second toilet, so I had to close the vent for the whole stay. - Due to some issues with wifi connection on the TV in the living room, we weren't able to cast movies from the mobile phone to watch it on the big screen :( - Due to the bad location of the washing machine, it's really hard to add washing liquid inside. So we just put a little directly on the clothes and it totally ruined all the clothes we had :( It's my fault mostly, but it wouldn't be the case if the washing machine was accessible.

“Blissful view”

The best

Amazing view from the balcony, you could sit on the balcony the whole day till amazing sunset! quite big apartment with nice bathroom and bedroom, location close to everything you need, we been there for a 8 night and only once spent a little more time waiting for available street parking spot.

To be improved

You could hear noises in the night from surrounding flats ( use ear plugs for your comfort )

The view is breathtaking! Nice spacious clean apartment with all essential facilities. Good location with walking distance from restaurants, cafes and shops. Thanking the host for waiting for me as i was running late to the place

To be improved

Having aircon was one of the key factors when i was choosing the apartment. Disappointingly in this apt the aircon is not working properly and is very noisy, which spoiled my stay to a significant extent. If you're renting a car be prepared to spend some time searching a parking space.
