Maria was businesslike and polite. Location was very central. Place was clean.

To be improved

This is not a room with private bath as listed. It is a small spare room in Maria’s small, rather dark apartment, with a single bare lightbulb in the ceiling fan as the only light. Bed was acceptable but the single pillow was terrible. Guests have little pivacy. To get to the bathroom you have to walk through her living room and computer area and past her busy kitchen. The bathroom was cluttered with her cosmetics and health and beauty supplies as well as many containers of various household products. We were uncomfortable and could not depart soon enough. The price was really exorbitant given what is offered.
