“Beautiful Villa, not so great location.”

The Villa is lovely. Unfortunately we were not lucky with the weather despite the fact it was end of may

To be improved

It has an awful smell of the drains and mould that stayed in the house the whole week despite the fact we kept every single window and door open .

The best

The location is good. The garden looks very beautiful and well trimmed. The pool with heating was good to use in January.

To be improved

Three times in one week we had to invite the technician to solve problems with heating or hot water. The oven also needed attention of the technician to be operational. The telephone calls we made to top-kanaren to get the problems solved were not picked up before third or fourth call. The house was probably not continuously heated and the rooms and cupboards had a moldy and musty smell. The remote of the gate did not always work without problems. Additionally Top Kanaren has not yet paid back the deposit being late already 3 days. This does not correspond to the price of the house to be paid. It is sad.

The best

Nice large comfortable villa with great ocean view. All you need for marvelous holidays. That was one of the best spot on Tenerife. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
