Casa Marina

Egor is the nicest host and the appartment is very nice - it seems to have been renovated not too long ago. The walls are thin, you will hear your neighbours :) Added bonus: The apartment comes with a parking place which is really great as parking on the streets can get tricky. Across the street is a shopping mall which also includes a supermarket. The view from the balcony (which is spacious is nice, too. You can see the ocean :)

Clearly newly renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Close to supermarket. Balcony gets sun in the afternoon so can watch the sunset. Lovely big swimming pool.

There's an amazing view at the ocean, plus there's a shopping center right in front of the building. It has even restaurants, which are opened from 1PM to midnight. A huge difference makes the parking - you have your parking place. You get a chip to the gate where the parking is. Also there's an amazing walk on the promenade, leading you to multiple restaurants and shops along the way.
