“Fantastic location ☺️ easy walk to bars, restaurants, and La Zenia boulevard. 15 min walk to Playa flamenca Beach if you use the gate to your right and onto the footpath on dual carriage way, under the bridge, follow the signs 🏖 The house was extremely clean and well kept, and a perfect size for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Air conditioning worked perfectly in both bedrooms and the main living area. · Cons: The beds are not very comfortable. And maybe if a shopping trolley was there as it was very tough trying to carry shopping back in the heat. We did make use of Mercodona delivery and Glovo which was brilliant.”

“Excellent location, beautiful clean house, great layout and nice community pool.”

The best

The location of the house is very good - an easy walk to the boulevard or other shops and resturaunts. It's not possible to walk to the beach which is unfortunate, but the community pool is very near by.

To be improved

Being able to walk to the beach would have been amazing.

I stayed at Casa Mario for two weeks in July 2024 with my family (2 adults and 3 teenagers). It was a very nice, clean house with excellent facilities. The photos do not it justice. Lovely patio, balcony and solarium with very good furniture. The communal pool was clean and well maintained. Within walking distance of the boulevard, pubs and restaurants.
