It was clean and comfortable

To be improved

I left 2 earrings in the room after leaving the property. I phone 5 minutes later when I was walking through Santiago route and they say that will look int the room when they have time. Never be contacted again by the property. The earrings are gone. My bad. But the customer satisfaction awful.
