So this is a warning what to expect for real. First make sure the person you talked to to come for check in and check out, because for us company send some random friend and whos gonna take your deposit, not a person who acctualy send you information. Then “welcome pack” is completely zero, we came 6 persons there was only one toilet paper roll, so better be ready before you arrive. And the worst part, make sure you capture every single place of the apartment, what is working and what is not, most likely you wont get your deposit back. During our 2weeks stay, after 8 days like ussualy we came back at the apartment and aparently we couldnt enter! Because they use keyless/wireless doors opening system and that evening when we came back we had to wait for an hour and later go to the office for spare key, but thats not the biggest problem. As I said make sure comes the right person when you check out, we waited for the guy, we passed the spare key, we show that wireless keylock doesnt work with the code and after we did so and we left, they start claiming that we broke the lock, wich is complete non sense , because its wireless and you dont even need to touch it when you enter or when you leave. So they mechanical lock issue claimed on us! Thats not it , we went to the office to tell that its not true and they had to come the day we reported that its not working, they did different , after the check out they took keyless system cap off, they dropped few parts on the ground and then done pictures to show that its broken and parta laying on the ground! And they start lying that they found it like that, even when we said that person who collected the key, came and saw everything is in place, just not operating. Apart from that you might strugle with hot water in the shower if you are coming 4 adult and 2 kids, enough is only for 2-3 persons.
