Well equipped, beautifully clean. A super apartment.

Beautiful, cozy, modern apartment/bungalow that looks even better in real life than in the pictures. Very quiet location but within walking distance to everything. Everything you need and more is available (complete kitchenware, plenty of plates and cutlery, kettle, iron, washing machine, dishwasher), well-located with dining options and shopping facilities, and ample parking. And a lot of love to the landlord Claudia. Very accommodating, always attentive, and so friendly. We were even provided with large beach towels. In short, a top apartment for this price, and we will be back!

This is just a fantastic place at a great location, next to the botanical garden, close to restaurants and supermarket with a 15min walk to the sea. Oh, and it has a (shared) swimming pool! Thanks to our great host Claudia for all info and support.

I lived with my family here for 18 days and we were lucky to be the first visitors of this house. It have been just renovated and is really fresh. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you may need, especially kitchen. It is very cozy, spacious and comfortable. Good for kids as it has private yard with grass and good pool nearby. Surrounded by palms and green bushes in very quiet place. We were a bit worried about our noisy children so that they would not interfere to people living nearby. The location is also ideal: botanic garden is just over a fence, few restaurants in 1 min walk, big supermarket 3 min walk, there were always places in the parking. We really loved it. Claudia is an excellent and friendly hostess, easy to communicate and arrange. We hope to come again.
