“Superb”
The best

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. There are markets and restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner is very good. I don't think you can get anything better for this price. Additional thing: El Medano is an authentic place - of course there are tourists, but there are far more locals. If you go to Playa de las Americas or simillar place in the south-west, you'll end up living in an artificial city made of hotels and markets only. For me, El Medano is one of the best places in the area.

To be improved

Lack of cutting board in the kitchen. Apart from that, everything good.
