Casa Mer

The property was stunning, so well looked after and had everything you’d need for a genuinely enjoyable stay. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and anything you did ask of the owner, was never too much trouble. The location was ideal! 7 minutes drive and you’re on the strip in PDC, but you’re far enough out of it that it’s lovely and quiet!

Very nice house, clean and well kept. The kitchen has everything you need, the pool was heated as promised and clean. The owner kind and helpful. A very pleasant stay at a good location.

We were greeted by our lovely hosts and shown around the villa, which was very clean and well equipped. Our kids loved having smart tvs in all the bedrooms and the sitting room. Beach and bathroom towels were provided; which was great. The pool was heated and was a comfortable temperature for swimming during our stay. It's a great location near the centre of Tias, you can also visit Peurto Del Carmen by taxi (10Euro) or an hourly bus (1.40Euro); last bus is 2200. I would highly recommend this villa. Ross W

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Mer, hands down one of the best places we’ve ever booked. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect family break. The kids absolutely loved the pool, which was lovely and warm. The sun beds were really comfy, especially with the towels they provided. The beds inside were super comfy too and we all slept brilliantly. Getting around was easy, with taxis to Puerto del Carmen costing around 10 euros and taking just 5 to 10 minutes. The location felt peaceful but still really well connected. The welcome bottle of wine was a really nice touch and the hosts were helpful and friendly throughout. Every little detail has been thought of and it truly felt like a home from home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend

Met with the owner on arrival and was given a tour around the villa showing us all the facilities and how everything works. Lovely people. Villa itself was excellent, spacious with a private pool area and spotlessly clean. It's in a quiet location but only a short 5-6 minute taxi journey into the main resort, costs about £7. Would definetly stay here again.

This was an amazing property. It was immaculate and exactly as described. The heated pool was a real bonus in December. Little touches like a welcome pack of food and drink and also the Christmas decorations in the property show the owners really care about guests. When we did have a problem, the owners dealt with things quickly and were kind and courteous.
