The best

The location was perfect and the interior was delightful. The bed was very comfortable, the water plentiful and hot! Everything we needed was provided.

“Great apartment, bad deposit taking arrangement”
The best

Great apartment right in the centre of the old town of Pollença. Good facilities, the photos were a true representation of the apartment.

To be improved

Homerti took a 300 euros (£260) deposit via my credit card. They actually charged my credit card rather than simply holding the amount and releasing it once we'd checked out. To get the deposit back I had to complete an online form which only allowed me to have the deposit credited to my back account and not back onto my card. It took a week to get the credit and the credit was £251.91 so the deposit cost me £8.09. I won't be booking an apartment with this type of deposit arrangement again!

“Cosy clean & convenient”

Great location although very near to the main square so expect noise late evening

To be improved

This apartment has a steep staircase so not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issues. It is very cosy with a small kitchen & shower room but very clean

The apartment is in the center of Pollença and has everything you need.

To be improved

The air conditioner is in the bedroom only. There are fans in the other rooms. In July the flat gets very hot. Cotton bed linen would have been nice. There are restaurants nextdoor so it smells of food if you open the window and it can be a little noisy.
