“Beautiful and comfortable villa”
The best

Beautiful, clean villa in a nice and quite area, Spacious, with each room having its own bathroom Beautiful terrace with a view Excellent air conditioning in all rooms Beautiful pool and outdoor area with barbecue zone

To be improved

Unfortunately, no welcome or explanations upon arrival, but afterwards Debbie was easy to reach and provided quick help with any problems and questions. Thank you for that! Missing or old kitchen equipment/tableware and sticking doors in the bathroom could be replaced

“Gorgeous and spacious villa to enjoy with the family!”
The best

Very clean and spacious villa Lots of space for the whole family All bedrooms had air con and en-suite bathrooms Perfect outdoor space with the pool, jacuzzi, table tennis and bbq Easy to find and met Debbie on arrival at the villa for a tour Less than 10 minute drive to all amenities (shops,town,beaches) Amanda and Debbie were very responsive pre/during/post stay and Debbie was quick to respond and fix the air con in 1 room that stopped working during our stay. We had seen a review about the security of the villa (not able to lock) however please be reassured the villa is completely lockable and secure with the use of the secure shutters on the windows/doors of the property which is very normal for Spanish villas!

To be improved

The bathrooms on the middle/top floor need refreshing as the shower doors need fixing, however they are useable and Debbie let us know they will be fixed in off season this year. The communal areas (in the villa and the pool room) could ideally do with air con or some ceiling fans (there’s one in the pool room). These rooms were very hot and even with the doors open, was warm and humid when sat in them.

“Fine, but tired villa”
The best

The hosts, Amanda and Debbie, were brilliant. They elevated our stay with their efforts to support us having a superb holiday. Thank you so much, Amanda and Debbie. The location near Frigiliana was also great. It was quiet, easy to get about and had an ok view over to the sea. The pool was lovely.

To be improved

The villa is very tired - this is the responsibility of the owners, not Debbie and Amanda. Some examples: the pool beds are not as in the photos (which is important to us), the air conditioning is not really that effective - and there is no air conditioning in one bedroom which was not pleasant for our son, the bathrooms are very tired, some of the towels were threadbare, the glassware was mismatching (sounds perhaps silly, but there weren't enough wine glasses and while it is fine drinking out of tumblers, it was odd). There is no aircon in the games room, so whilst a great idea we simply didn't use it. I agree with the previous comments about the windows and blinds. When the villa was newly refurbished it would have been great - it's just very tired now. It is also for sale, so no chance of the owners spending more money on it I expect.

“Lovely family villa”
The best

Nice villa with a wonderful pool- some small tiles coming off- this is just for info - it was not inconvenient to us. Nice layout to the villa and really good for families. Debbie was lovely and helpful.

To be improved

Security wasn't great as you could not lock the doors and the blinds were dodgy. the main gate got stuck which was tricky but ok in the end.

“Strongly Reccomended ...”
The best

Strongly Reccomended... The vila is superb with lots of facilities, nice pool with dedicated kitchen and bbq and cosy relaxing area with pool table and leisure area and fabulous jacuzzi. The upper floor bedrooms have their own private terrasse with fabulous view to the valley and even the sea. Lots of parking space and garden area...The place is well located between the seaside and beaches and the famous village Frigiliana...Acces is easy and the neighbourhood quite exclusivist... The hosts are very friendly and supporting. Upon request, they prepared for. the whole group, on the spot, the nicest breakfast we ever had with local fresh food and vegetables. We really decompressed at this vila and are keen to come back in the future.. Clean, maintained, superb and well located vila for groups...
