The host was always available for problems and questions, and the check-in process was easy.
The location is great, very central which adds to the appeal.
Overall, a very satisfactory experience with minor drawbacks.
Good value for a central location and quality accommodation.
No specific comments, but standard quality for this hotel tier.
The apartment was clean, but there were concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
“Centrally located flat which we found disappointing”
The location was central and close to public transport facilities which is what we wanted. The bed was comfortable.
Check was difficult because the instructions did not make it clear to us how enter the building from the street - we sent a message and the agent responded quickly and opened the door from the street remotely and after that keys to the flat were easy to access. The flat is on the 4th floor and there are 69 steps up to the front door of the flat. Our stay was during a period of stormy quite cold weather and we found the flat rather cold - we did wonder if the flat would be very hot in the summer as it is directly under the roof - there is air conditioning/heating but the warm air does not effectively warm you if you are sitting on the couch as the air heater points away from the couch. There is a plaque on the front of the building facing the street which states the building was constructed in 1953 so maybe the insulation is not up to modern standards. The shower did not drain water quickly - in fact it took about an hour to drain and kept flooding the bathroom floor - consequently we kept having to mop up water from the bathroom floor. Some of the kitchen utensils (cups) were in a poor condition and there was no coffee machine as advertised, rather a coffee pot. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, microwave and hob. We booked this flat rather than one of the others which were available at the time because the floorspace seemed generous - the flat has a lot of corridor space and the bathroom is large, the other rooms are adequately sized.
“Exceptional”
The location.
No elevator, room was on 4th floor.
“Exceptional”
Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need. Located between the train/bus station and the Alcazar, with grocery stores close by. The owners were very attentive and they made sure we enjoyed our stay.
“Amazing location and great for a short stay!”
Amazing location, close to everything! Great flexibility with the check in. Flat has everything you need and it's super quiet. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is big with good water pressure so really it has everything you might need for a short stay!
it's on a 4th floor without elevator
