“Lovely private home with views and charm.”

The location on a hill. The parking in a garage. The privacy and the cleanliness. No problems except I couldn't figure out the coffee maker. Beautiful surroundings and property. Not good for older people as too many stairs to bring a suitcase up.

The house is very nice to stay for a night and the views are great.

To be improved

The staff was unfriendly and inflexible. We arrived 20 min before checkin and asked to just put the car in the garage. They said to wait for 20 min (30 degrees, in the sun) at the door until checkin time. The garage was empty. Our bathroom smelled like mold.

Located in the rural outskirts of Ourense, this apartment is a nice 25 minute walk into town along the river. There is secure parking, and communal kitchen with washing machine and dryer, dining, and sitting rooms. Spectacular views.

To be improved

We weren't aware that our private bathroom was actually outside the bedroom and kept private with a keyed door. As we were the only guests for the night, this wasn't an issue for us. But if all 3 bedrooms were rented, it would be. Booking.com should have this noted.
