“A nice property in Arcos runs by a friendly couple”
The best

The property is located beside one of the most beautiful and older churches in town. The owners are very friendly, attentive and accommodating people. In spite they were not present in the property, they always responded very quickly to calls and messages. Both, building and room were very clean.

To be improved

Lack of coziness in both building and room. It would be nice to have a bright room where relaxing and at least a kettle to make a couple of tea. I founded the building and the room very cold at day and night time and not extra blankets to keep yourself warm during sleeping time. Bells from the church beside the property sound very loud during very early morning until late midnight, however it is not a fault of the property.

“Wonderful stay in the heart of the Arcos Old Town”
The best

Juan is an excellent host, warm and friendly makes you feel at home from minute one. The hotel is beautifully decorated Spanish style. The room is comfortable and spotless. The terrace has 360° wonderful views.
