“A very homely and comfortable apartment”

The best

Fabulous apartment, it has everything you need (and more) for an enjoyable stay - a real "home from home" - very spacious and airy, very comfortable BIG double bed (sometimes a rarity on the Canaries), great shower and bathroom, modern and well equipped kitchen. a nice and relatively private outdoor space. Decent wi-fi. Very quiet at night (given the location). Parking adjacent to the complex. Communication was excellent and instructions to find the apartment (as it's a fairly big complex) were useful. Exceptionally clean with plenty of towels etc, even a decent washing machine!. Great value for money, thanks to the owners for providing such a lovely space. We'd absolutely return here.

To be improved

Absolutely no complaints about the apartment itself. Our observations are out of the owners control, but the complex clearly is in need of some investment (empty and untidy looking former restaurants and bars that probably suffered during 2020/21), empty swimming pools etc, and the surrounding area looks a little scruffy with graffiti and more empty units. Please don't let this put you off renting the apartment though, the complex feels very safe, there's plenty of long term residents and everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
