“Wonderful holiday with family in an amazing location”
The best

Loved the layout of the property and the efficient air-conditioning. Loved the location good proximity to beach and local restaurants. Liked the handy supermarket reached by turning right then left Loved the little pool which was spotlessly clean

To be improved

It would have been better with a few more mugs and towels. A nice touch would have been some milk and bread on arrival as we were on an evening plane. Also it was difficult on the last day as we had to vacate the property 11 hours before our flight home and there was no provision for leaving our cases anywhere.

“Great location, could do with a little revamping.”
The best

Good location. Clean and tidy. Beach close by with beds which could be rented easily. Great restaurants nearby. Easy bus route into Palma

To be improved

Limited glasses for drinking, especially wine glasses. 3 for 4 people property Beach towels NOT provided despite saying they were. However when we complained the company came round with 4 more bath towels which we could use on the beach. Little family of cockroaches living in kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Appreciate that in med country this isn’t unusual but when I mentioned it to the management company they didn’t respond.
