“Property not as advertised- avoid!”
The best

Location. Close to coast. Garden and house could have been nice if better maintained

To be improved

Pool had been out of service for months, was full of green water and mosquitoes yet advertised with a pool. Also advertised as disabled friendly but no bedroom on ground floor - told to carry bed down ourselves and use living room as a bedroom. Generally it all looked very tired. We didn’t stay but after a big battle still didn’t get all of the money back.
