“Nice and quite stay in the center of old Malaga”

The best

Great location in the center of the old town. We were sent codes for the main door and room and got in very easily. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. Toiletry provided. The hotel is located in a side peatonal street so ideal as not too noisy but with easy access to restaurants and shops. Our room was particularly quite at night as it was facing the internal courtyard.

“DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY”

The best

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. In the beginning we had no problem. Except that then we found a huge cockroach (thankfully we took pictures) and when we couldn’t find a cockroach spray we made sure to contact the property, which of course didn’t answer until the next day. By then my husband had already bought a spray from the convenience store at night. We contacted them multiple times and nobody answered. Then finally they got back to us they wanted a receipt or a bank transaction. The convenience store doesn’t give receipts and it was paid cash. After explaining this at least 6 different times, because in that team nobody seems to talk to each other, they finally agreed to refund us. Well guess what, it is now 3 weeks later and still nothing. Each time I have followed up with them I have been told that they are contacting booking, then silence until I reach out again. The team is inconsistent, inconsiderate, unprofessional. Terrible experience

This studio apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Malaga . It was spotlessly clean , quiet , cool , perfectly positioned , a few minutes stroll from the centre . The staff were very helpful The gift left for my husbands birthday was very thoughtful We will recommend this company to all our friends The road it is on felt very safe when walking about at night . Malaga is full of culture , music , flamenco , wonderful museums , amazing restaurants and bars and the port with the gorgeous market stalls was just lovely . It was also great value for money
