“Great property !”

The best

The property was absolutely amazing—very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. From towels to washing and drying machines, an iron, blow dryer, dishwasher, and coffeemaker—it’s perfect if you’re traveling light. The highlight was the fantastic barbecue area with a gas grill, a large terrace, and a heated jacuzzi that comfortably fits up to 10 people. A truly relaxing and well-prepared place to stay. However, the host and their colleague could work on their empathy and communication. At checkout, we temporarily couldn’t find one of the keys, and were immediately told we’d need to pay around €150 for a lock change. I offered to make a duplicate myself or even replace the lock at my own expense, but my suggestions were dismissed. Thankfully, we found the key in the end, but the attitude left a negative impression.

nice apartment in a small village, close to the ocean, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, well equipped, next to the market, good wifi, amazing jacuzzi pool, for restaurants go to Abades

“Very pleasant!”

The best

The location was awesome, as it can be easily reached from TFS airport, allowing smooth travel to both the south and north of the island. The house itself was consistent with the photos and met our expectations. The pleasure of relaxing after a long day in the heated pool is simply priceless. All the essentials were provided and more. Clean bed sheets, towels, and beach towels were available. All extremely clean, up to hotel standards. Although we didn't use it, there was a very nice barbecue. Everything worked properly. Highly recommended!

To be improved

The first few days had an issue with the internet as there was no connection. Due to a misunderstanding, the house manager didn't immediately comprehend the situation. However, the problem was eventually resolved, with the landlord even providing a backup phone in case there was no internet again.

Big apartment with sunny terrace and heated pool. There is everything you need for the stay. Near the market. Apartment located in the very nice and calm small city.

To be improved

However there is some problems. All the equipment in the apartment is very old (oven, fridge, dishwasher and other). Also all the beds where very uncomfortable, even sofa in the living room.

“Average stay - poorly maintained and cleaned”

Spacious house, big terrace, well-equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi is fabulous and really well-maintained, it’s a small pool. Check-in was fairly simple. They have a washing machine and dryer which come in helpful for longer stays.

To be improved

The property could be better maintained and more thoroughly cleaned. When we arrived, there were plenty of items in poor condition: one of the curtains was torn, the bed is rudimentary and very old with broken metal pieces near the sleeping area, making it dangerous for our kid. The mattresses are very old, brown and not confortable. The linen and towels are very old too. The icing on the cake came in just now, when the owner requested a €300 payment because we damaged their sofa. We barely used their sofa, never did any damage. Outrageous request. It’s a 2* accommodation, not the 4* it claims to be on Booking. We spent 10 more nights in the area at much better conditions, for a lower price. Pictures on Booking are really good, but don’t reflect the reality of the place
