Everything was 100% lovely. Amazing staff, very family- feeling to Stay here, and a bonus to be able to have a free coffee in the reception before going out for breakfast!

“Simple,clean, and very comfy”
The best

Clean. Nice big bathroom even though i think we were in one of the cheapest rooms. Good location. Comfy bed. Soft sheets. Quiet at night. Easy coffee & tea facilities. Free soft drinks and Water in the mini bar. Nice toiletries. Decent(ish) hairdryer. Small lending library and umbrellas to lend. No fuss of a ‘ normal’ hotel. Just a very good functional space in a good location. Staff we came across were very friendly and helpful. VERY good and clear pre check in andout instructions and easy to message on WhatsApp.

Location was great, right next to the old town with all the tapas bars. Staff were welcoming. Free coffee machine in reception.

The room!!! It was literally a 10' x 9' box room. So small we had to put cases on the bed to access the contents! No wardrobe or draws. The small window opened onto a yard which had facing apartments just a few metres away. That was nice when the apartment opposite decided to have a loud telephone conversation for 3 hours. Every time somebody above or adjacent used the toilet we could hear everything! Had a fridge that didn't work. An Aircon unit that didn't work. And it wasn't cheap either, €350 for 2 nights! The room was dim and the TV had every language apart from English!

The room was tiny It was in bad condition with broken slats No room for our cases and definitely no room for our clothes and toiletries It did not look anything like the images presented on line. We did not stay there and it ended up costing us double for accomodation on Sam Sebastián
