Ivan is a friendly and welcoming host, who picked us up at the airport and shared lots of useful information on the drive to the apartment. He was proactive in arranging our return to the airport and allowed us a late checkout as this didn't inconvenience the next occupant. The location of the apartment was great for our kind of holiday. It is away from the big tourist hotels and in an authentically Fuerteventuran area. We enjoyed breakfast on the small balcony and watching the locals going about their day. In the early evening, the square is vibrant with children playing (not always quietly, but joyfully) but this calms down by night time. We were there in early December and there were Christmas lights too. Great restaurants, the port, the bus stops for El Cotillo and Puerto del Rosario, and the music square are all about 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. It is a short walk to the town beaches and an enjoyable walk to Las Grandes Playas, where you can also go by bus. There is a good supermarket really close by and a coffee bar in the same building. All really convenient Comfy bed, fan and air-conditioning unit in bedroom Bright living area with 2 sofas for chilling out. There is a tv, but we didn't use it. Well equipped kitchenette. We cooked 3 nights. The apartment is great value.

Location ! Location ! In the middle of everything , supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants , harbour, bus stop to the dunes and beyond. Slept very well here, very quiet at night (some noise from the play area opposite during the day, which we found added to the atmosphere of staying in a residential area in the middle of town !) Had breakfast on the small balcony every day (sun was full on the balcony so very hot !) Everything in the apartment worked as it should, shower pressure was good and always had hot water.) The living room / kitchen was filled with natural light but the bathroom had no window (which wasn't a problem .) There was a coffee shop below which we never used. Ivan ( the owner of the apartment ) was an excellent host and made sure that we were 100% satisfied and gave us lots if advice about the area. He met us on arrival at the airport and drove us to the apartment and took us back at the end of our stay. We hope to return again as we had a great time here ! Thanks Ivan !

We love the location very central location close coffee shop stone through away from the beach. The host was very helpful when it came to any issues.

Very central, bright and airy, comfortable bed, very helpful host.

Everything you need was at the apartment. Small and cozy with a small balcony. The Ivan was nice and helpful! We came with the baby to a perfect preferred baby room.

The owner is really kind and helfpul. The location is perfect, close to everything. The neigborhood is a little bit noisy (there is a playground front of the apartment), but for us it wasn't disturbing.
