“Very Good”

The best

Very nice location close to the River Sil Canyon with view several view points in the area. Very nice room with the heating and nice bathroom. Good view from the room. Staff very nice. Good internet connection. There is a little kitchen in the reception area and fridge which you can use. Public parking is available around the property.

To be improved

There was no kettle in the kitchen but I got some hot water from the bar next door, arranged by the owner. No hairdryer provided.

“Little Gem in Ribeira de Sacra”

The best

My sister and I loved Casa O Torgal! We came to Parada de Sil in August when it was super hot. The hotel is in a lovely old stone building and is really cool inside even in 35C weather. The rooms are spacious and clean; the kitchen is well-stocked and there is a large and comfy lounge. The owner was very kind and gave us lots of recommendations for walking and swimming. Overall we loved Ribeira de Sacra: the scenery, food and hospitality were incredible. We highly recommend Casa O Torgal.
