A few things were broken, a picture frame fell off wall in the night. The door handle for the outer door was also broken.

The best

We enjoyed staying in this house. It was very clean, good size for family of 4, kitchen is well equipped, washing and drying machines. Looks exactly as at photos. Very convenient location (10 mins walk to the beach/ 15 mins to the high street, 5 mins to Lidl and 10 mins to Mercadona). Very friendly owner who responded to our queries immediately. Originally we were choosing between hotel and this house, and staying there was right decision. I believe the value for money is excellent.

To be improved

The dishwasher would be nice to have there. There were few ants, but they stayed behind sofa and didn't go to other places so no problem at all. There's no air-conditioning, but fans are provided.

“Great self catered apartment! Perfect for visiting Puerta del Carmen”
The best

Great location ! Approx 5 min walk from Puerta del Carmen. Far enough away from the noise of the strip, but close enough for the walk to not feel like a trek. Convenience store 2 min walk away . Great facilities, modern kitchen , nice shower, and bathroom comfy beds . Great utility room with washer and tumble dryer . Nice touch by the host to leave us with some books and board games

To be improved

We had trouble with the locks to the front doors opening and closing the door . Some english TV channels would have been nice (even though we didn't have the TV on much) . We had to make showers quick as we found out that there wasn't enough hot water for 4 guests to shower of an evening
