“Very modern, but too dark for a long stay”
The best

Brand new and very modern ground floor apartment in a classic building of two floors. Pristine bathroom, modern kitchen, great coffee machine. Close to bakery and tiny supermarket. Easy parking 20 meters away. Dishwashing tablets provided was a nice touch, ditto for extra towels 👍

To be improved

No outside space to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a coffee in the morning was sorely missed. The apartment is dark and not a place conducive to inside activities, just a place to sleep. Not able to regulate the aircondition was also a surprise, and it was automatically shut off from evening to 10am. I would have liked to control this myself, but understand the owner’s thinking with the price of electricity these days. Wine glasses would also be nice to provide (we could not find any), as would some deep bowls for soup/cereals.
