There are some minuses, some of them can be solved and some of them are just as they are. 1. We missed the washing machine. We stayed in the villa for 11 days. (But there is OK workaround - public washing machines in El-Médano.) With no washing machine more towels for person for such a long stay would be nice. 2. There was a problem with a stink from the sewage in the bathrooms downstairs. In one bathroom downstairs we found cockroaches coming from the sink in the shower during the night. 3. The wi-fi was awful and there is also weak mobile signal. Not usable for home office. 4. The property is a half of a larger villa so you have neighbours. They might be noisy. In our case there was running reconstruction during two days - drilling and noisy moving of the furniture.

The inside lock of the gate cannot be used. When you enter the gate, you cannot lock the door with the inside lock. You must reach outside and use the lock on the outside to lock the gate. The wireless in the building is not very well, and there is often no network. Especially at night, there is no WIFI network, and the mobile phone signal in the room is also relatively poor. There should be no air conditioning in the room (not sure, we didn't find it), and although it was the end of December, it was still a little hot when sleeping at night. There is a solar water heater installed on the roof of the building. Sometimes the hot water in the building is not enough, especially at night. It cannot provide bathing for 8 people, so we can only divide it into two groups during the day and night, but the hot water during the day is sufficient. Most of the places to visit on this island are in the southwest region, which is far away from there. If you have a car, it is suitable to live here, otherwise, it is not recommended.
