The best

The best part of Casa Palacete 1822 is definitely the staff. They truly care about their customers: tried to meet all our requests and anticipate our needs. Especial shout-out to David, who was incredibly helpful - which we greatly appreciated especially as we were traveling with our little baby. You can feel there's a genuine desire to help customers and keep them satisfied. We stayed in the French room and found it very cozy. The decoration was very pretty and the room size wasn't too big or too small for us. The "fireplace" gives it a warm feeling. Of course, the location is also another great point. It's within walking distance of most points of interest. The breakfast was really good - although a little bit more variety would be welcome. The selection of available toasts, jams, and pastries are excellent!

To be improved

The main thing is that we were not aware that the price of the private parking was not included in the reservation. Maybe we missed it somewhere on the site, but in any case it should be (better) indicated at the time of booking. The price isn't low either (25€ per day), so we were surprised to find this unexpected charge on arrival.
